Through 1:1 support and small group programs, we help youth explore who they are, build confidence, and develop the tools to make thoughtful, empowered decisions — all in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

One-on-One Coaching & Mentoring
Youth life coaching and mentoring provide young people with the tools to develop resilience, confidence, and independence. Through a structured yet flexible approach, this program fosters self-awareness, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make informed and considered decisions throughout life.
Our Approach

Pricing
Nourish’s standard base rate per session for coaching & mentoring is R560 ($45). Package pricing and payment options will be discussed in your exploratory session. Nourish always aims to honour different financial circumstances and make our services as accessible as we can to accommodate a scale of pricing.
